We are building the leading Conversation Intelligence Platform for Sales teams. We use AI to turn customer conversations into structured data. Thousands of users leverage Bliro to automatically update their internal tools, automate follow-up tasks or become better at their jobs with AI.
As an Account Executive you will play a crucial role in Bliro's Success
**Your Mission**:
- Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—to drive Bliro's revenue growth._
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Build and Maintain a Strong Pipeline**
You will take ownership of building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through scalable and targeted outreach to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This includes managing the entire sales process from generating leads to successfully closing deals.
- ** Consistently Hit or Exceed Quota**
As part of your role, you will strive to consistently meet or exceed your sales targets by delivering exceptional monthly and quarterly sales results.
- ** Develop Trusted Customer Relationships**
You will focus on establishing and nurturing trusted relationships with potential key accounts, building long-term partnerships that contribute to mutual success.
**Your Skills & Competencies**:
- ** Full-Cycle Selling Experience**:
Proven ability to handle prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Effective Communication & Relationship-Building**:
Skilled at tailoring value propositions and building relationships with diverse stakeholders, including decision-makers, legal teams, and technical teams such as Sales Operations or CRM teams.
- ** Resilience & Adaptability**:
Thrives under pressure, embraces change, and is comfortable with rejection and iterative feedback.
**Your Profile**:
- ** Language Proficiency**: Fluent in German (mandatory) and English.
- ** Experience**: 1-3 years of software sales experience, with ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- ** Motivated & Target-Driven**: Consistently achieves or exceeds sales targets.
- ** Customer-Focused**: Develops lasting relationships and drives client success.
