Unser Talent Acquisition Team sucht Sie, um gemeinsam mit Ihnen und den Geschäftsbereichen der Biotronik die Talente für die Zukunft des Unternehmens zu finden.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Erarbeitung von Suchprofilen mit den Fachbereichen und Entwicklung von Suchstrategien zur Identifizierung geeigneter Professionals und Talente
- Proaktive Beratung und Begleitung unserer Führungskräfte im gesamten Recruitingprozess
- Im Sinne eines End-to-End-Recruitings Verantwortung vom Briefing über Interviewgestaltung bis zum Vertragsabschluss für den gesamten Recruiting Lifecycle
- Verantwortung für den Erfolg der Recruitings und zentraler Ansprechpartner für ausgewählte Betreuungsbereiche
- Gezielte, aktive Ansprache von geeigneten Kandidaten über soziale Netzwerke und Onlineplattformen
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und Hochschulveranstaltungen

**Ihr Profil**
- Kreativität, Innovationsfreude, starke Werteorientierung und die Lust im Team gemeinsam Großes erreichen zu wollen, auf der Basis auch kleine Erfolge zu feiern
- Langjährige Erfahrung im operativen Recruiting vom Einstiegs
- bis zum Managementlevel
- Versierter Umgang mit Software, idealerweise mit gängigen Applicant Tracking Systems
- Lust regelmäßig den Status Quo und die eigenen Skills zu challengen
- Affinität zu Hightech und/ oder Medizintechnik
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz und sehr gute situations
- und typenadaptive kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
