- **Your Mission as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist**:
You will be a pivotal player in the continuous growth of our team of amazing experts. You will bring your extensive expertise in managing the full recruitment cycle, from crafting job requirements to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. By building strong relationships with hiring managers, and leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, you will ensure we attract the best talent to drive our company’s success.

**You will be working on**:

- ** CSGORoll** **— the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A **community social gaming platform** specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.
- ** HypeDrop** **— a **leading gamified shopping platform**, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.

**You will**:

- Managing the full cycle recruitment process for assigned roles predominantly in both tech and general business space, from defining job requirements, and screening, to conducting interviews and assessments.
- Becoming a super user on our in-house ATS.
- Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to identify and implement tools and strategies to improve the TA and EB processes.
- Being our ambassador and representing the company at online and on-site recruitment events.
- Attracting the right talent for our team in a resourceful way, including headhunting.
- Working closely with the hiring managers and stakeholders in defining the hiring processes for the active roles.
- Tracking and analyzing recruitment data and metrics, to provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

**You will excel in this role if you possess**:

- At least 4 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, preferably within the Gaming/iGaming industry.
- Previous experience in recruiting for both tech and commercial (general) business roles.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as exceptional English language knowledge both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR-related software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and other online channels for employer branding.
