**What you will do**:
Report to the Head of Controlling
Finance Business Partner for the Operations leadership team
Proactively provide insight to the Operations teams for efficiency and productivity improvements
Lead a small team of operational controllers each focusing on a specific operation
Develop capabilities and expertise in the team
Accurate and timely input for month end close, monthly group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes with focus on operational activities
Monitor operational projects and processes and assess/report their financial impacts
Ensure insightful, timely and reliable reporting of operational KPIs and performance metrics
Variance analyzes against targets
Proactive signaling of operational risks and opportunities
Collaborate / provide input for Balance Sheet, Working Capital, Cash Flow related processes
Actively participate in the design and further development of existing controlling and operations processes, tools and systems

**What we are looking for**:
Masters / Academical Degree in finance/controlling/operations. Focus on logistics or supply chain is a strong plus.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing and reporting operational information (e.g. price-volume-mix, productivity, efficiency etc)
Understanding of operational processes, finance processes and the interaction between these two
Attention to detail and structured approach to problem solving with tight deadlines
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with both senior operations management and senior finance management
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and agile company
Takes ownership, high problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality and a focus on achieving goals
Enjoys collaborating and aligning with various teams and stakeholders
Experience in structuring processes and information flows, while working with scattered information for the time being (e.g. various ERPs, data warehouses, BI tools etc)
Proactive to signal outcomes
English business fluent, German business fluent
