**Let's start with the role**

At Kaizen, we believe that content marketing is constantly evolving, and we are committed to staying ahead of the curve. As a member of our team, you will work alongside the local marketing team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that are not only impactful but also creative and engaging. You will be translating and creating compelling content, analyzing data to improve performance, and maintaining a strong online presence for the company while in parallel, you will have opportunities to work on cross-functional projects.

**As a Content Executive, you will**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and promotional campaigns;
- Create and keep up-to-date articles on the Betano.de web properties;
- Support the HQ and CRM team with the localization of the content on the main website betano.de, including new offers, descriptions of features, adaptation of Terms and Conditions for different campaigns and other types of content;
- Support the Customer Support, CRM and KAM teams by providing seamless communication to the clients;
- Collaborate with the creative agency to deliver assets for Marketing, CRM and KAM needs;
- Monitor the content of the blogs and social media channels of the competitors and affiliates to come up with insights;
- Help with daily reporting of the performance of content and social media channels;
- Maintain communication calendar up-to-date
- Stay updated on industry trends, gaming news, and community sentiment to inform content creation and social media strategy.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor's degree or last year student in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Psychology, or a related field is a plus;
- Native German and fluent English with excellent command of writing and communication skills;
- Strong writing and translation skills, as well as a passion for them, are essential;
- Knowledge of sports or/and casino and betting opportunities/markets is a plus;
- Experience in a similar position is a plus, but not mandatory;
- Passion for social media platforms like Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube;
- Urge to learn and work in a fast-paced environment on challenging projects in a timely and professional manner;
- Proactive & hands-on mentality; takes initiatives; ability to push projects quickly and efficiently; works in an autonomous and self-motivated way to reach targets agreed on
- Creativity in thinking and communications design proposals;
- Experience in campaign set-up, production supervision, digital asset and supplier management;
- Ability to work in teams;
- Ability to travel regularly to HQ in Athens and other locations (e.g. quarterly workshops);
- Readiness to work overtime when necessary to support the team and reach the market objectives;
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus;
- Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
