About the role: Your mission is simple and challenging: to take the company to the next level. For this you will work closely with the CEO and other Board members on a broad variety of growth topics, including establishing B2B partnerships with banks and fintechs for our crypto-as-a-service offering and collaboration with crypto companies driving the visibility of the company in the crypto ecosystem. Core Responsibilities: Sell our B2B offering “crypto-as-a-service" to fintech and banks including market analysis, build up of the pipeline, approaching potential partners and closing the dealIdentify new partnership opportunities within the crypto space which will give visibility and source new business What you’ll need: Professional Background: A minimum of 3 years in a role focusing on client relationships and sales in fintech/banking business (such as selling banking/trading applications to neo banks, neobrokers or other fintechs) Strong knowledge of and professional experience working in the crypto space Track record: Successfully grown other business in financial B2B and crypto space Personal skills: A results-focussed mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Great negotiation and networking skills The ability to work with minimal supervision and under time pleasure Excellent communication, presentation skills and ability to convince people Excellent MS Office skills including PowerPoint Language: German and English Education: university degree in finance/economics, business management, law or a related field What SMART VALOR Offers: Better then market salary and big performance-based bonus You become an owner – we offer equity participation for full-time employees We reward you with VALOR token to let you participate in the growth of our network Bike, hike, ski and travel with us during regular team outings The opportunity to work at the forefront of crypto and digital asset innovation You will work with the best people in the industry, in a high-growth company with visionary, driven people and industry pioneers Flexible office / remote arrangements How do you know if this is your piece of cake?This is how our team describes itself: Mission driven – change the world through crypto.
