Solutions Engineer

You will be a key member of this team, performing tasks like:Help our customers implement and deploy dlt OSS in their systemsGuide the onboarding and support for our upcoming paid offering - dltHub platformManage the full customer lifecycleCollaborate with our CEO to support the sales process, e.g. by building demosBe the voice of customer: gather feedback from customers and collaborate with the product team to address customer challenges and feature requestsManage customer-facing materials (documentation, presentations, website, training materials)Run training sessions with customersRequirementsWho You AreYou are based in Berlin and willing to work in our office regularlyExperience in a technical customer facing role (e.g. Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer or similar)Experience in a Data Engineering (or similar) roleQuick learner, eager to explore new technologiesWorking knowledge of Python and data landscape solutionsNice to HaveExperience teaching & communicating technical materialPrior experience with dlt’s ecosystem, e.g.: IcebergdbtSnowflakeDatabricksDuckDBRelational databases (Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle, etc.)AirflowDagsterBenefitsWhat we offer:In our work culture, we value each other’s autonomy and efficiency.
