To achieve this, we have set ourselves ambitious targets.The following challenges await you:In your role as Contract Manager (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind efficient contract processes and smooth collaboration between our operating units and Legal.You will be responsible for the entire contract lifecycle - from drafting and reviewing to ongoing contract management.As a key user, the management of our global contract management system will be a central part of your role, ensuring that commercial risks are identified and controlled.Through your work, transparency is increased, risks are minimized, and sustainable growth is actively supported.Acting as a central interface, you will connect the operational business units with the Legal Team.Support during negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners will also form part of your responsibilities.Compliance with internal standards and contractual obligations will be consistently ensured.Finally, clear reporting and the maintenance of accurate contract data will guarantee high data quality and transparency. Your Profile:Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or qualification as a Business Lawyer Alternatively, strong commercial training with relevant experienceProfessional experience in contract management or a similar roleSolid understanding of commercial terms and business processesStrong analytical and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office; SAP or contract management tools are a plusFluent in English and GermanA clear communicator and team player with an international mindsetYour Benefits:Exciting tasks - implement them with a high level of personal responsibility in an ambitious environment with very good opportunities for further development.Shaping sustainability - be part of realizing our vision.Inclusive corporate culture - diversity makes our organization more successful.
