You will provide support, training, and work direction to Customer Service Agents. Monitors performance and reviews areas that need improvement. Creates and modifies training programs. Handles difficult calls. Provides reporting and analysis support to supervisor. Has frequent contact with customers to provide or clarify information concerning service, products, pricing, billing, status of accounts, quality, or warranty/remedy questions. Responds to technical product or service application inquiries, complaints or requests for special consideration or remedies.
