Dieses Unternehmen bietet im Rahmen seiner smarten Logistiklösungen maßgeschneiderte Automation für Materialfluss an - von modularen Roboterlösungen bis hin zu vollautomatischen Lager- und Picking Systemen.Ihr Verantwortungsbereich Unterstützung von Vertragskunden: Teil des Bereitschaftsteams, Beantwortung von Kunden-E-Mails, Eröffnung von Kundenfällen, Abschluss und Meldung von Kundenfällen Qualität der für die Kunden erbrachten Dienstleistungen: Der Produktionsprozess des Kunden soll so schnell wie möglich wieder aufgenommen werden. Die beste und dauerhafte Lösung für Kundenprobleme finden, Fallabschluss und Berichterstattung. Meldung von wiederkehrenden Produktfehlern Kompetenzentwicklung: Selbstorientierung an Systemen von Kunden mit Betreuungsvertrag, Methoden wie Selbststudium von Projektunterlagen, Kundenbesuche und Teilnahme an Kundenprojekten sind sinnvoll Entscheidungsfähigkeit: Der Support Engineer trifft Entscheidungen über Kundeninteraktion und -kommunikation.
