Deine Aufgaben Unser People Operations Team sorgt für reibungslose HR-Prozesse und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden in allen administrativen Belangen. Zur Verstärkung suchen wir motivierte Unterstützung mit Freude an der Arbeit mit Daten und der Rolle als Schnittstelle zwischen vorbereitender Lohnbuchhaltung und Controlling. Zusätzlich übernimmst du abwechslungsreiche administrative Aufgaben im Bereich People Operations.Sicherstellung der korrekten Pflege und Verarbeitung von Daten, besonders des variablen VergütungssystemsPrüfung und Aufbereitung der Daten für die weitere VerarbeitungEnge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling-Team und der vorbereitenden LohnbuchhaltungUnterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Bereich People Operations (z. B. Stammdatenpflege, Dokumentenerstellung und Vertragsmanagement nach Templates)Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Prozessen und Schnittstellen Dein Profil Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare QualifikationErfahrung im HR-Bereich oder Buchhaltung/Controlling, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Vergütungssystemen oder PersonalcontrollingSicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und Affinität zu ZahlenHohe Genauigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und VerantwortungsbewusstseinSehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
