About usWe are looking for a structured and proactive People Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg or Berlin. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all administrative areas of People Operations. From managing employee data and contracts to optimizing internal workflows, you’ll help create a seamless experience for our team and ensure our people processes run efficiently and accurately.TasksWhat you’ll do Prepare and manage employment contracts, reference letters, and other employee-related documentation.Maintain and update employee data in Personio, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and GDPR compliance.Manage time-off requests, absence records, and vacation balances in our HRIS (Personio).Conduct regular audits of employee data and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.Support remote employees with their administrative needs, including documentation and local compliance requirements.Contribute to the implementation and improvement of new tools, systems, and workflows.Create reports and data insights from Personio to support people-related decisions.Ensure compliance with German labor law and internal policies across all People Operations processes.Collaborate closely with the Head of People Operations to ensure smooth coordination and efficient workflows.RequirementsOur ideal new colleague At least 1-2 years of experience in People Operations, HR administration, or a similar role.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a hands-on mindset.Good knowledge of Personio and confidence in managing digital HR processes.Good understanding of German labor law and administrative best practices.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and very good English skills.You enjoy bringing structure to processes and continuously improving how things are done.BenefitsA little more about our culture and why you should join:Work-Life-Balance is a priority: Flexible working that suits you - we live and breathe a hybrid remote culture and don't mind where and when you work We are committed to building a diverse team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills in a traditionally not very diverse industry We offer you the culture of a fast-growing start-up with the maturity of an enterprise companyWe are more interested in your experience and knowledge than formal degrees Entrepreneurial culture and flat hierarchies Mobility benefit, fitness benefit, language class benefit and wellness benefit (for full-time employees)Home office budget (for full-time employees)About usng-voice is an equal opportunity employer.
