We are looking for a **Coordinator, Hero Support (People Operations) (all genders)** to join the **Hero Support team** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
- Our international, open-minded, curious, and hard-working team is taking care of any employee query throughout the employee life-cycle and provides tool usability guidance to all our heroes around the globe.Our long-term goal is to automate the HR processes and enable self-service through proactive content campaigns for all our heroes. It's a great HR entry role for the German employment market in which you can develop, learn and grow by having an active part in reinforcing and improving our HR processes and policies on a global scale while turning visions and ideas into reality_

**Your mission**:

- You deliver and execute common and transaction-based services for the People Operations team, e.g. creation of employment confirmation letters and employment certificates
- You are responsible for the management of our document shipping process (in
- & outbound)
- You support our Support teams with the organization of team meetings/events (e.g. note-taking) and anniversary/birthday management
- You take care of daily online and onsite administrative tasks in our Headquarters in Berlin with a high customer service attitude (e.g. maintaining soft & hardcopy employee records), manage our team office, and assist our team members with everyday or special ad-hoc admin tasks
- You continuously improve and optimize the administrative processes in our Hero and Global Support teams and work together with other People Operations teams (e.g. Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners) as well as other stakeholder groups (e.g. Legal and Payroll)
- You are responsible for maintaining and monitoring accurate employee data via the analysis of data reports from our HRIS system (Workday) especially with regard to pending processes for our monthly payroll cycle (e.g. management of fixed-term contract tracking, parental leave, terminations, contact information, vacation, and diverse allowances)

**Your heroic skills**:

- You have recently graduated or already bring at least 6 months of work experience in the field of People Operations/HR, Business administration, or similar
- You are a true team player and love to help and support people
- You show an ability to work independently, swiftly, and effectively prioritize work
- You quickly adapt to change and are known for your agility
- You are quality-driven and a fast learner and have superior attention to detail
- You are known for your incredible time management and problem-solving skills
- You are living the “Employees are our Customers” mission
- You bring a high level of technical curiosity and system orientation and have ideally worked already with HRIS systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar
