We bring innovative and inspiring brands to retailers and consumers across Europe, working with the Business Development Director to further expand our footprint in Germany.As our Business Development Manager for Germany, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our commercial success. You’ll manage strategic accounts, grow our brand presence across top German retailers, and lead the charge in introducing new, on-trend products to the market.Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution across in-store and online channels Launch and develop new brands into the German retail landscape Manage and expand key retailer accounts, with a focus on strong long-term relationships Lead negotiations, close deals, and oversee budgets to ensure profitable growth Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to maximise opportunities Analyse market and competitor trends to stay ahead of the curve What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in FMCG, ideally in beauty, personal care or health.
