Aircraft Manager (m/f/d) for AIRBUS

Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Manager to join our team at Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an interface between Production teams, Design office, Program, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering
  • Support the single Aisle Ramp-up and cover extraordinary workloads, shopfloor support, on-call, and weekend recovery
  • Represent MAP REACT within FAL Organization and support MAP specialists in ensuring completeness of input required
  • Support optimization initiatives launched within FAL Organization and filter/prioritize MAP activities against operations of the Aircraft in FAL and Working party phase
  • Prepare MAP (engineering) status for A/C milestones and ensure all open items are closed or agreed
  • Manage NC-N priorities for FAL and Pre-FAL topics and forecast for H & O's on upcoming issues
  • Organize cabin walk and MFT's, identify specialists for production-MFT, and communicate target dates with reason in MAP Tool (Hubble)
  • React immediately to red engineering (NCN-) items per A/C and provide feedback to production about missing NCN-quality
  • Have a good view on the complete technical history of aircraft
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in engineering, aircraft construction, aerospace, or a comparable qualification
  • MAP aircraft manager with a technical background and experience in FAL including associated processes to support the ongoing digitalisation of the MAP
  • First professional experience in manufacturing engineering, engineering, configuration management, and aircraft construction
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
