Aircraft Operations Manager

Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Aviation unit, you will be responsible for managing aircraft operations and ensuring seamless execution of production processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between production teams, design office, program, quality, and manufacturing engineering to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the single Aisle Rampup and provide agile support to cover extraordinary workloads, shopfloor support, on-call duties, and weekend recovery.
- Represent MAP REACT within the FAL Organization and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Filter and prioritize MAP activities against operations of the aircraft in FAL and working party phase.
- Prepare MAP engineering status for A/C milestones and ensure that all open items are closed or agreed.
- Manage NC-N priorities for FAL and Pre-FAL topics, and forecast for H&O's on upcoming issues.
- Organize cabin walks and MFT's, identify specialists for production MFT, and communicate target dates with reason in MAP Tool (Hubble).
- React immediately to red engineering (NCN) items per A/C and provide feedback to production about missing NCN quality.
- Completed studies in engineering, aircraft construction, aerospace, or a comparable qualification.
- MAP aircraft manager with a technical background and experience in FAL, including associated processes, to support the ongoing digitalization of the MAP.
- First professional experience in manufacturing engineering, engineering, configuration management, and aircraft construction.
- Good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace.
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
