Aircraft Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Operations Manager to join our team at Hito High Professionals GmbH. As an Aircraft Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Single-Aisle FAL's (Final Assembly Lines) and ensuring the smooth delivery of aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the MAP (Mis a Point) team in answering engineering-related questions
- Act as an interface with various parties, including Production teams, Design office, Program, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering
- Support the single Aisle Ramp-up and cover extraordinary workloads, shopfloor support, on-call, and weekend recovery
- Represent MAP REACT within the FAL Organization
- Support MAP specialists in ensuring the completeness of input required
- Support all optimization initiatives launched within the FAL Organization
- Filter and prioritize MAP activities against operations of the Aircraft in FAL and Working party phase
- Prepare MAP (engineering) status for A/C milestones and ensure that all open items are closed or agreed
- Manage NC-N priorities for FAL and Pre-FAL topics
- Forecast for H & O's on upcoming issues
- Organize cabin walks and MFT's, identify specialists for production-MFT
- Communicate target dates with reason in MAP Tool (Hubble) and feedback towards production
- React immediately to red engineering (NCN-) items per A/C
- Provide feedback to production about missing NCN-quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Flugzeugbau, Ingenieurwesen, or Luft- und Raumfahrt
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering, Flugzeugbau, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Configuration Management experience is a plus
- Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
