Aircraft Operations Manager

Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Aviation unit, you will be responsible for managing aircraft operations, ensuring seamless coordination between production teams, design offices, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the single Aisle Rampup and provide agile support to cover extraordinary workloads, shopfloor support, and on-call duties.
- Represent MAP REACT within the FAL Organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Filter and prioritize MAP activities against aircraft operations in FAL and working party phases.
- Prepare MAP engineering status for A/C milestones, ensuring all open items are closed or agreed.
- Manage NC-N priorities for FAL and Pre-FAL topics, forecasting H&O's on upcoming issues.
- Organize cabin walks and MFT's, identifying specialists for production MFT.
- Communicate target dates with reasons in MAP Tool (Hubble) and provide feedback to production.
- React immediately to red engineering (NCN) items per A/C and provide feedback to production about missing NCN quality.
- Completed studies in engineering, aircraft construction, aerospace, or a comparable qualification.
- MAP aircraft manager with a technical background and experience in FAL, including associated processes.
- First professional experience in manufacturing engineering, engineering, configuration management, and aircraft construction.
- Good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace.
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
