About the Role

Kramer Poole Talent Partners is seeking a highly skilled IT Business Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging technology to enhance Road Transportation and Contract Logistics operations, driving business growth and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and understand business requirements to develop tailored IT solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Align IT goals and strategies with overarching business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Develop business case justifications and perform cost-benefit analyses for IT investments, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure the secure development of applications and support the company's security program, protecting sensitive data and maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior management, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • A degree or professional training with an emphasis on IT, logistics, or a related field.
  • Outstanding management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Proactive stakeholder management and effective communication and negotiation abilities, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial management and risk management, particularly concerning application risks, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
