About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at IT Delight. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with system integrators, SMBs, and enterprise merchants in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and industry events
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure continued growth and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and partnership development in the IT outsourcing and outstaffing industry
  • Excellent professional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Pipedrive
  • Sales experience in the e-commerce industry with a solid understanding of its principles
