Du brennst für Herausforderungen?

Als Solution Advisor / Solution Architect und Teilprojektleiter:in (w/m/d) bist Du verantwortlich für:

■ Du berätst unsere Mittelstandskunden eigenverantwortlich, prozessorientiert und branchenübergreifend im Rahmen von SAP S/4HANA Vor- und Einführungsprojekten. Auch eine fokussierte Ausrichtung auf eine oder mehrere Branchen ist möglich.

■ Du konzipierst und modellierst Business-Prozesse und orchestrierst als Solution Advisor/Solution Architect (w/m/d) die technischen Lösungen und Datenmodelle zur effizienten Abbildung der Prozesse.

■ Du unterstützt auf fachlicher Ebene die Führung des Projektteams.

■ Du kennst die für das Projekt potenziell relevanten Lösungen und Produkte als auch ihre Integrationspunkte – idealerweise auch auf technischer Ebene – und bleibst dazu kontinuierlich auf dem aktuellen Stand, insbesondere im Produktportfolio der SAP.

■ Du unterstützt die Planung und die Koordination des gesamten Projektverlaufs in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung - von der Prepare- über die Explore- und Realize- bis zur Run-Phase und baust die Brücke zur kontinuierlichen Innovation.

■ Du begleitest die Synchronisation und integrative Arbeit der verschiedenen Projekt-Workstreams und schaffst so durchgängige, konsistente und integrierte Lösungen.

■ Du unterstützt im Vertrieb/Presales beispielsweise bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Kundenpräsentationen.

■ In Abhängigkeit von der Projektsituation arbeitest du vor Ort beim Kunden, in einem unserer Büros oder im Homeoffice.

Überzeuge uns mit Deinem Potential

■ Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der SAP-Beratung, idealerweise in mehreren Modulen/Geschäftsfeldern, optional auch mit Branchenfokus.

■ Deine Kompetenzen umfassen die betriebswirtschaftliche, prozessorientierte Sicht auf integrierte Lösungen als auch die technische integrative Perspektive.

■ Deine Vorgehensweise ist konsequent mehrwertorientiert und unterstützt die Strategien und Visionen unserer Kunden.

■ Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung von Teilprojekten oder Workstreams.

■ Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von Lösungen basierend auf dem SAP-Produktportfolio, insbesondere mit S/4HANA als Kern. Kenntnisse im Cloud-/BTP-Umfeld sind von Vorteil.

■ Du bist in Projekten Schlüsselressource für einen Fachbereich oder eine Branche und möchtest den nächsten Karriereschritt gehen.

■ Eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache sowie ein professionelles Auftreten gehören zu Deinen Stärken.

■ Eine abhängig von der Projektsituation zwei- bis viertägige Reisebereitschaft pro Woche für den Einsatz beim Kunden ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
