Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Data Engineer to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a Technical Data Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing change requests, estimating efforts, and creating technical documentation for our customer Airbus Helicopters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze change requests and customer comments to estimate efforts for new documentation or updates
  • Review technical documents, supplier documents, and spare parts catalogs for maintenance measures and concepts
  • Define the scope of changes in manuals considering existing helicopter configurations
  • Carry out changes or provide technical support to subcontractors for data module creation
  • Process customer queries, reporting, data management, and process improvement
  • Provide ICA drafts for approval of changes/new developments to national/international aviation authorities

Requirements

  • Completed studies in aeronautical engineering or a comparable field with relevant experience
  • Several years of experience in creating technical publications in aviation, preferably for electrical systems and/or avionics
  • Good knowledge of aviation regulations related to technical documentation
  • Experience in dealing with customers and helicopter maintenance or production is desirable
  • ILS knowledge is an advantage
  • Business fluent in English and advanced in German
  • Pronounced ability to work in a team and independently
