Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Data Engineer to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a Technical Data Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing change requests and customer comments, estimating efforts for new documentation, and defining the scope of changes in manuals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze technical documents and supplier documents to identify maintenance measures and maintenance concepts.
  • Define the scope of changes in manuals, taking into account existing helicopter configurations.
  • Carry out changes or provide technical support to subcontractors for data module creation.
  • Process customer queries, report, and manage data, as well as improve processes.
  • Provide ICA drafts for approval of changes/new developments to national/international aviation authorities.

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in aeronautical engineering or a comparable field with relevant professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in creating technical publications in aviation, preferably for electrical systems and/or avionics.
  • Good knowledge of aviation regulations related to technical documentation.
  • Experience in dealing with customers and helicopter maintenance or production is desirable.
  • ILS knowledge is an advantage, and business fluent English and advanced German are required.
