We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Data Engineer to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a Technical Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining technical documentation for our clients in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze change requests and customer comments to estimate efforts for new documentation creation or updates.
- Review technical documents, including parts lists, drawings, and supplier documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance with aviation regulations.
- Define the scope of changes in manuals, taking into account existing helicopter configurations.
- Develop and implement changes to technical documentation, providing technical support to subcontractors as needed.
- Process customer queries, report on data management, and improve processes to ensure efficient documentation creation and maintenance.
- Provide timely ICA drafts for approval of changes/new developments to national/international aviation authorities.
- Completed studies in aeronautical engineering or a comparable field with relevant professional experience.
- Several years of experience in creating technical publications in the aviation industry, preferably for electrical systems and/or avionics.
- Good knowledge of aviation regulations related to technical documentation.
- Experience in dealing with customers and providing excellent communication skills.
- Experience in helicopter maintenance or production is desirable.
- ILS knowledge is an advantage.
- Business fluent in English and advanced in German.
- Pronounced ability to work in a team and independently, with resilience.
