Tech Data Delivery Production/Logistics Specialist

KMS Zeitarbeit GmbH is a leading provider of temporary and permanent staffing solutions in the logistics and production industry.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Tech Data Delivery Production/Logistics Specialist to join our team at our Donauwörth location.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the production of technical data deliveries, including the management of sales, printing, packaging, and shipping according to the product lifecycle of helicopters (new, in service) and the delivery plan for technical publications defined within the Tech Data process, and according to customer subscriptions and other maintenance centers.
- Participate in the provision of technical publications during the delivery of new helicopters by ensuring the conformity of the delivered items with the customer file and the contract.
- Ensure the compliance of the general sales conditions with the purchase contract for booked helicopters.
- Participate in the provision of technical data for a new helicopter to explain technical data and related services to the customer.
- Completed technical training with further training as a technician (m/f/d) / industrial clerk (m/f/d)
- Several years of experience in technical documentation, preferably as a technical author (m/f/d)
- Detailed knowledge of MS-Office
- Good German and English skills
- High level of customer orientation, proactivity, and reactivity, as well as assertiveness and independent working style
