Job Title: Technical Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Data Engineer to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a Technical Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining technical documentation for our clients in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze change requests and customer comments to estimate efforts for new documentation creation or updates.
  • Review technical documents, including parts lists, drawings, and supplier documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Define the scope of changes in manuals, taking into account existing helicopter configurations.
  • Develop and implement changes to technical documentation, providing technical support to subcontractors as needed.
  • Process customer queries, report on data management, and improve processes.
  • Provide timely ICA drafts for approval of changes/new developments to national/international aviation authorities.
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in aeronautical engineering or a comparable field with relevant professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in creating technical publications in the aviation industry, preferably for electrical systems and/or avionics.
  • Good knowledge of aviation regulations related to technical documentation.
  • Experience in dealing with customers and helicopter maintenance or production is desirable.
  • Business fluent in English and advanced in German.
  • Pronounced ability to work in a team and independently, with resilience.
