Customer Service Quality Coach

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Quality Coach to join our team in Gelsenkirchen. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in helping us raise our customer service quality to an even higher level.
Key Responsibilities- Perform quality evaluations to identify improvement opportunities for employees.
- Provide feedback and coaching to agents to develop their hard and soft skills.
- Answer agents' questions regarding policies and procedures.
- Create or update knowledge base content as needed.
- Analyze data to identify training opportunities and provide training.
- At least one year of professional experience within customer service performing evaluations and providing feedback and coaching.
- Strong communication skills paired with (near) native German and good English language skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify patterns to extract actionable insights.
- 30 holidays per year.
