**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Quality Coach to join our team at Hunkemöller. As a Customer Service Quality Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping us raise our customer service quality to an even higher level.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform quality evaluations to identify improvement opportunities for employees.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to agents to develop their hard and soft skills.
  • Answer agents' questions regarding policies and procedures.
  • Create or update knowledge base content as needed.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer service quality.
  • Analyze data to identify training opportunities and provide training to agents.

**Requirements**

  • At least one year of professional experience in customer service, performing evaluations and providing feedback and coaching.
  • Strong communication skills, with near-native German and good English language skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify patterns to extract actionable insights.
