Customer Service Representative for Customer Center Gelsenkirchen

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our new Customer Center in Gelsenkirchen.

About the Role:

  • You will provide excellent customer service to our passengers, answering their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will sell tickets for local and long-distance transportation, including the issuance of subscriptions.
  • You will handle customer complaints and concerns in a service-oriented manner, documenting and processing them until resolution.
  • You will assist the on-site team in preparing sales statistics and software quality tests, as well as performing various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • You hold a completed commercial apprenticeship as a travel trade clerk (m/f/d), trade clerk for transportation services (m/f/d), or have several years of experience in a comparable position.
  • You have experience in conflict resolution.
  • You can demonstrate good language skills in German and good English skills.
  • You are familiar with MS Office applications.
  • You are available for shift work and weekend work.
  • You have a strong service orientation and flexibility, as well as a willingness to participate in regular training sessions.
