We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team at Transdev Vertrieb GmbH as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized advice to passengers on fare and service-related matters
  • Sell tickets for local and long-distance travel, including subscriptions
  • Handle customer inquiries, record them administratively, and manage them until completion
  • Manage complaints, make independent goodwill decisions, and assist with sales statistics, software quality tests, and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training as a Travel Salesman, Traffic Service Merchant, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Excellent German and good English language skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Comfortable with shift work and weekend hours
  • Strong customer service focus, flexibility, and willingness to participate in regular training
