Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join ROMACO in Germany and lead our sales efforts in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To achieve annual international sales targets set by the company, establish and maintain a strong brand image in the region.
  • To identify and pursue new sales opportunities, develop relationships with key customers, and manage regional markets effectively.
  • To oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact to contract signing and delivery, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • To participate in relevant trade exhibitions and seminars, gather market intelligence, and collaborate with the sales team to develop sales and marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • To contribute to product information, website content, and social media initiatives to enhance the company's influence and reputation.
Requirements:
  • A technical background in mechanical, industrial, or process engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
  • No less than 5-8 years of experience in technical sales (B2B), preferably in processing industries.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing and expanding sales structures.
  • Proficiency in both German and English languages.
  • The base location for this role will be Germany, with responsibility for the German market.
