Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the compliant execution of industrial high-tech projects
  • Lead a project team and subcontractors to achieve timely, high-quality, and cost-effective construction execution
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Schedule and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
  • Conduct site inspections and inspections for acceptance
  • Record defects and track defect resolution progress

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in construction or a related field
  • Proven experience in construction supervision across various trades on large-scale projects
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards
  • Intercultural competence, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
