Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of complex EPC projects, ensuring timely completion and exceptional quality.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and technical contacts to deliver seamless project outcomes.
  • Coordinate construction participants and subcontractors, overseeing the construction site team.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, conducting site inspections and acceptance tests.
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Prepare and submit construction project measurements and billing.

Your Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification) or a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field.
  • Proven experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of building codes and local regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
  • Valid German driver's license Class B.
