At Exyte, we're pushing the boundaries of what's possible in high-tech construction. As a Construction Area Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading our teams to deliver complex EPC projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the construction management of industrial high-tech projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Lead a team of skilled professionals, providing technical guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement effective project schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, conducting regular site inspections and audits to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with customers, providing technical advice and support to meet their needs and expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant qualification in construction, such as a master's or technician qualification, or a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in construction supervision, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities.
