About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Construction to join our team at WOLFF & MÜLLER Hoch- und Industriebau GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our construction projects in the Dresden area, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure efficient resource allocation and minimize costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure open communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, financial statements, and quality control metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the high-rise and industrial construction sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as iTWO, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
