Senior Employee and Leadership Communication Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee and Leadership Communication Strategist to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our global communications team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's internal and external communications strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compelling internal communications campaigns to engage employees, leaders, and talents across the organization.
- Create high-quality content for various channels, including the intranet, newsletters, social media, digital signage, and corporate website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Drive the development and management of internal channels and platforms to ensure effective and inspiring communication.
- Support crisis communication efforts and analyze the effectiveness of our communications to continuously adapt and improve our strategies.
- Master's degree in corporate communication, journalism, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in corporate communications or a related field, ideally in a matrix organization.
- Strong experience in employee and leadership communications, ensuring clear and effective messaging across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in communicating a company's strategy, purpose, and values to a wide range of audiences.
- Excellent digital communications competencies, including editorial content creation, multimedia storytelling, and social media management.
- Ability to influence without authority and strong project management capabilities.
- Fluent German and English skills, with the ability to communicate effortlessly within the team and in an international environment.
