Senior Specialist in Employee and Leadership Communication

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Employee and Leadership Communication Specialist (f/m/d) to craft impactful content for our workforce, leaders, and talent within our agile newsroom, the Content Lab. You will play a crucial role in developing and managing key internal communication channels.
Work Flexibility:
This role allows for mobile work arrangements (within Germany) up to 60% of the working hours, in consultation with your manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit engaging narratives and multimedia content that positions Siemens Healthineers as a leader in innovation and an employer of choice.
- Design and execute multi-channel communication campaigns that effectively convey the company’s mission and values.
- As a senior strategist, oversee communication initiatives with employees and leaders, ensuring alignment with Siemens Healthineers' vision and objectives.
- Independently produce high-quality content for various platforms, including intranet, newsletters, social media, and corporate websites.
- Facilitate collaboration within the Content Lab and with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
- Lead the development and management of internal communication channels, such as SharePoint and newsletter tools, to enhance effective communication.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, aligning communication strategies with business goals.
- Support crisis communication efforts to ensure timely and effective messaging during critical situations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies to continuously improve our approach.
Qualifications:
- A degree in corporate communication, journalism, or a related field.
- Over seven years of experience in corporate communications or a similar field, preferably in a matrix organization.
- Proven expertise in employee and leadership communications, ensuring clarity and effectiveness across all organizational levels.
- Experience in articulating a company’s strategy and values, particularly in the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Strong digital communication skills, including content creation, multimedia storytelling, and social media management.
- Ability to navigate complex global organizations and collaborate across various management levels.
- Proficient in influencing without direct authority.
- Excellent project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and digital marketing platforms.
