Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce engaging stories and multimedia content that showcase Siemens Healthineers as a leader in innovation and a preferred employer.
- Design and execute dynamic multi-channel communication campaigns that effectively convey the company’s mission and values.
- As a senior strategist, you will coordinate communication efforts across various teams, ensuring alignment with Siemens Healthineers' objectives.
- Create and refine high-quality content for diverse platforms including intranet, newsletters, social media, and corporate websites.
- Facilitate collaboration within the Content Lab and engage with stakeholders across the organization.
- Lead the enhancement and management of internal communication platforms to promote effective and inspiring dialogue.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, aligning communication strategies with business goals.
- Support crisis communication initiatives to ensure timely and effective messaging during critical events.

Your Qualifications:
- A degree in corporate communication, journalism, or a related field.
- Over seven years of experience in corporate communications or a similar domain, preferably within a matrix organization.
- Proven expertise in employee and leadership communications, ensuring clarity and effectiveness across all organizational levels.
- Experience in articulating a company’s strategy and values to diverse audiences, ideally in the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Strong digital communication skills, including content creation, multimedia storytelling, and social media management.
- Adept at navigating complex organizations and collaborating across various management levels.
- Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
