Senior Specialist in Employee and Leadership Communication

As a Senior Specialist in Employee and Leadership Communication, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging content for our workforce, leaders, and emerging talents within our agile newsroom, known as the Content Lab. You will also be responsible for developing and managing essential internal communication channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and refining compelling narratives and multimedia content that showcases Siemens Healthineers as a leader in innovation and a preferred employer.
  • Planning and executing impactful multi-channel campaigns that effectively communicate the company’s unique mission and values.
  • Overseeing communication strategies for employees, leaders, and talents within a collaborative, cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with Siemens Healthineers' vision and objectives.
  • Independently producing high-quality content for various platforms, including intranet, newsletters, social media, digital signage, corporate websites, and podcasts.
  • Facilitating extensive collaboration within the Content Lab and with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • Driving the development and management of internal communication platforms, such as SharePoint and Viva Engage, to ensure effective and inspiring messaging.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, supporting their communication needs with effective strategies.
  • Contributing to crisis communication efforts to ensure timely and effective messaging during critical situations.
  • Analyzing communication effectiveness to continuously refine and enhance our strategies.

Your qualifications include:

  • A degree in corporate communication, journalism, or a related field.
  • Over seven years of professional experience in corporate communications or a similar area, preferably within a matrix organization.
  • Extensive experience in employee and leadership communications, ensuring clarity and effectiveness across all organizational levels.
  • Proven success in articulating a company’s strategy, mission, and values to diverse audiences, ideally in the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Strong digital communication skills, including content creation, multimedia storytelling, and social media management.
  • Experience navigating complex global organizations and collaborating across various management levels and functional areas.
  • Adept at influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong project management skills with expertise in agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and digital marketing platforms.
