- Oversee the development and management of internal communication channels and platforms to ensure effective and inspiring communication.
- Provide strategic counsel to internal stakeholders on communication matters, supporting their business objectives with tailored communication solutions.
- Analyze the effectiveness of our communication efforts and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support crisis communication efforts to ensure timely and effective communication during critical situations.
- Master's degree in corporate communication, journalism, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in corporate communications or a related field, with a strong background in employee and leadership communications.
- Excellent digital communications competencies, including editorial content creation, multimedia storytelling, and social media management.
- Strong project management capabilities and experience with agile methods.
- Fluent German and English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
