As a Commercial Expansion Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business in Germany. Your primary responsibility will be to establish initial contact and engagement with potential financial team members, generating qualified leads to feed our Account Executives' pipeline.

We are looking for an ambitious individual who is eager to make a tangible impact on the business and position themselves for excellent development opportunities within our Sales team. This role is based in Hamburg and offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be working solely on an outbound strategy, focusing on prospecting, qualification, collaboration, and CRM management.
  • Your tasks will include carrying out outbound prospecting campaigns via cold-calls, emails, video-mails, social selling, events, etc., to create a first point of contact with the prospect and obtain an appointment.
  • You will qualify and understand the needs of the prospect to direct them towards our Spendesk solution if it is suitable.
  • You will transfer the prospect's information to our Account Executives so that they can sign up new customers.
  • You will monitor your performance using activity metrics from our CRM (Salesforce, Salesloft).
  • You will provide daily feedback to help our Sales team continue to grow.
Requirements
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills and are able to interact with C-Level Finance staff.
  • You're ambitious, tenacious, and want nothing more than to exceed your targets.
  • You like cold-calling and see it as the best way of contacting your prospects.
  • You're a team player at heart and willing to take risks for your team.
  • You speak perfect German and English.
  • Bonus: you already have experience in Sales and as an SDR/BDR.
