Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for categorising Gold and Platinum projects in the Airbus Commercial division, supporting the categorisation of Iron, Bronze, and Silver projects, and conducting pre-assessment of all initiatives.

  • Manage project categorisation for new or existing projects, including coordination of actors and coaching through the process.
  • Run awareness sessions and present at Categorisation Recommendation Reviews.
  • Support Project Managers and PMBPs with categorisation assessments utilising the Planisware Planning tool.

The role involves ensuring consistency throughout project categorisations, interpreting related criteria, and applying existing categorisation rules. Additionally, the successful candidate will interface with the PM Certification Team regarding matching between project categorisation levels and project management certification levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in project management, aerospace, business administration, international management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in project management.
  • Good understanding of Projects & Project Management.
  • Technical background desirable.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
  • PM Certification an advantage.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
  • Good French language skills.
