We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Manager to join our team at Deep Blue Recruitment.

This is a permanent position for a Commercial Law Specialist to provide legal advice and guidance on commercial contracts.

Job Overview
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in commercial contract work, preferably with a strong background in German regulations.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our legal function as a Senior Contract Manager.

As a Commercial Law Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with local frameworks, and supporting complex business transactions.

You will also oversee the management and organisation of our contract portfolio, ensuring smooth execution of large-scale projects by resolving contractual issues promptly.

The role requires strong communication skills in both English and German, excellent writing abilities, and a practical approach to handling commercial transactions.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial contract work
  • Possess strong communication skills in both English and German, with excellent writing abilities
  • Maintain high attention to detail, balancing thoroughness with efficiency
  • Demonstrate a practical approach to handling commercial transactions
  • Work effectively both independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of responsibility, service orientation, and commitment to quality
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of €85,000 - €110,000 per year
  • Flexible work-from-home arrangement with occasional travel to our office in Darmstadt
