Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our team at THOMAS SABO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our presence in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, including the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with potential partners and agents in target markets, including negotiation and management of partnership agreements.
  • Trade Show Representation: Represent THOMAS SABO at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to build relationships and expand our network in the luxury goods industry.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive landscapes in target markets, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement regional marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales partners and agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand positioning.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market feedback, and customer opinions to inform sales strategies and improve business results.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • International Sales Experience: Proven success in international sales, business development, or market expansion, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
  • Professional Network: Active network in the luxury goods and/or jewelry industry is desirable.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of various sales channels, sales processes, and market dynamics in international markets.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English language skills, with knowledge of additional languages a plus.
  • Travel Requirements: High travel frequency required.
