Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a comparable position, such as Account Manager
  • Background in a company from the inland shipping, oil industry, or industry (trade, refinery, etc.) is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and in a team-oriented manner
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals, with a strong understanding of sales tactics and techniques
  • Very good German language skills, English language skills are an advantage
