Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management Strategy: Formulate and execute the lead management framework across the Knauf Group, enhancing workflows while leveraging HubSpot's marketing automation capabilities.
  • Lead Generation Optimization: Plan, manage, and improve lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies to consistently boost lead quality and volume.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee a specialized team dedicated to Marketing Automation and Lead Management, offering direction, mentorship, and cultivating a cooperative and high-achieving atmosphere.
  • Global Process Ownership: Take charge of lead management excellence as the global process owner, equipping regional teams with effective methodologies and tools, ensuring coherence with global goals.
  • Performance Analytics: Employ analytical tools to assess performance throughout the sales funnel, develop insightful dashboards and reports in HubSpot and Tableau, and advocate for the global adoption of HubSpot.
Candidate Profile
  • Educational Background: Possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Experience: Demonstrated expertise in lead management, inbound marketing strategies, and marketing automation techniques, with robust strategic and operational skills.
  • Cultural Adaptability: Eager to contribute to an international digital business landscape, showcasing adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
  • Technical Proficiency: Passionate about technical processes and marketing automation systems, adept at navigating intricate digital tools and platforms.
