About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Marketing Automation Manager. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a lead management strategy that drives business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Lead Management Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive lead management strategy that optimizes processes and maximizes the use of marketing automation features.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Strategize, oversee, and refine lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes to consistently enhance lead quality and quantity.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a dedicated team focused on marketing automation and lead management, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Global Process Ownership: Own and drive excellence in lead management as the global process owner, empowering regional teams with effective strategies and tools, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure performance across the sales funnel, create insightful dashboards and reports, and champion the adoption of marketing automation globally.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experienced in lead management, inbound strategies, and marketing automation techniques with strong strategic and operative skills.
  • Cultural Awareness: Enthusiastic about contributing to an international digital business environment, with a keen sense of adaptability and cultural awareness.
  • Technical Skills: Passionate about technical processes and marketing automation interfaces, capable of navigating complex digital tools and platforms.
  • Project Management: Possess a hands-on mentality, strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a reliable and goal-oriented approach.
