About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Strategist to join our team at AVANTGARDE Talents GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing automation strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Automation Strategy: Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with our business objectives, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention.
  • Team Management: Manage and guide a team of marketing automation experts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing automation initiatives.
  • HubSpot Configuration: Configure and set up marketing automation features in HubSpot, including workflows, use cases, and templates.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing automation initiatives and provide insights to inform future strategy.
  • Training and Development: Conduct workshops and training sessions for regional marketing managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use marketing automation tools.
  • Dashboard Setup: Set up dashboards in HubSpot and Tableau to provide real-time visibility into marketing automation performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (5-6 years) in marketing automation and inbound marketing, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and CRM software (Salesforce), good understanding of technical processes and marketing automation interfaces, and excellent project management skills.
  • Language: Business fluent in English.
