Marketing Automation-Strategie-Entwickler

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Marketing Automation-Strategie-Entwickler, der unsere Marketing-Initiativen mit Datengetriebenheit und Effizienz unterstützt.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Marketing-Automatisierungsstrategien
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines 2-köpfigen Marketing-Automatisierungs-Teams
  • Konzeption und Rollout neuer Marketing-Automatisierungsprozesse und -Features in HubSpot
  • Erstellung und Implementierung von Marketing-Automatisierungs-Workflows, Use Cases und Vorlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Inbound-Marketing-Kampagnen (inkl. Lead-Generation und Nurturing)
  • Auswertung und Visualisierung der Lead-Management-Performance mithilfe von HubSpot und Tableau
  • Durchführung von länderübergreifenden Trainings und Workshops für Marketing-Teams
Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position und erste Führungserfahrung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing Automation, Inbound Marketing und Leadgenerierung
  • Sehr gute HubSpot-, Salesforce- und Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse (JIRA, Asana etc.)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Ein hohes Maß an Proaktivität und Eigenständigkeit
  • Sehr gutes Englisch (Englisch ist die erste Unternehmenssprache)
