Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager HR to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for promoting efficient HR work in the group of companies through innovative ideas in the area of HR process excellence & digitalization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement agile processes and solutions to ensure smooth execution in practice.
  • Design and optimize HR processes and structures for the group, as well as individual sub-areas (regions), and utilize innovative digital solutions.
  • Focus on projects in the area of HR Operations & Administration, such as Time & Attendance and Global Payroll.
  • Take responsibility in project management and drive the implementation of solutions forward.
  • Communicate complex issues efficiently and bring about optimal decisions with your strong communication skills.
  • Support the training and development of the global HR community as a competent contact person.
  • Collaborate with Group HR to set up and further develop efficient analytics and reporting solutions, ensuring optimal data quality in IT systems.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for the field of Human Resources, with a continuous drive to analyze and optimize processes.
  • Degree and/or professional experience in the HR context, such as an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
  • Sound experience in optimizing HR processes and structures, with successful project management and implementation experience.
  • Structured and independent work style, with good analytical skills and high process/system affinity.
  • Familiarity with the SAP Successfactors Suite and ideally other SAP solutions (SAP BW, SAP SAC).
  • Working languages: German and English.
  • Experience and methodology in process analysis and modeling (BPMN 2.0) / Operational Excellence methods desirable (LEAN, Six Sigma).
